Terms of sale

Last updated: 08/24/2026

This agreement applies to every product distributed by GRAPH SOUNDS: sample packs, presets, project templates and tutorial project files, whether purchased or downloaded for free. By downloading a product, you accept the terms below.

This licence governs what you may do with the content of the products you download. Our Terms of Service govern your use of the website itself. Where the two differ on product usage rights, this licence prevails.

1. WHAT YOU RECEIVE

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide and perpetual licence to use the sounds in your own musical productions. The licence is granted to you personally, or to the single company that purchased it. It cannot be sold, lent, shared or passed on.

GRAPH SOUNDS remains the owner of all sounds, presets and project files. You are buying the right to use them, not the files themselves.

2. WHAT YOU CAN DO

  • Use the sounds in an unlimited number of original musical works, commercial or not.
  • Release those works on any platform, streaming, download, physical media, and keep 100% of your royalties.
  • Use them in synchronisation: film, series, advertising, video games, podcasts, video content.
  • Perform them live and in DJ sets.
  • Edit, pitch, chop, layer and process the sounds however you like.

No credit is required. If you want to mention GRAPH SOUNDS, we will always appreciate it, but you are never obliged to.

3. WHAT YOU CANNOT DO

  • Redistribute, resell, lend or share the files, whether original or processed, alone or in a collection.
  • Include the sounds in another sample pack, preset bank, soundbank, construction kit or any competing library.
  • Upload the files to any file-sharing service, cloud folder, forum or streaming platform as standalone audio.
  • Use the files to train, fine-tune or feed any artificial intelligence or machine learning model.
  • Claim ownership or authorship of the sounds, or register them with a content identification system as your own.
  • Release a track that consists solely of an unmodified loop or a single unmodified sound from a product.

4. TEMPLATES AND PROJECT FILES

Project templates and tutorial project files are learning and production tools. You may open them, study them, modify them and build your own tracks from them, then release the result commercially under the terms of section 2.

You may not redistribute the project file itself, in whole or in part, nor publish it as your own template, nor use it as teaching material without our written agreement.

5. FREE PRODUCTS

Free products carry exactly the same rights and the same restrictions as paid ones. Being free does not make them free to redistribute.

6. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

All sounds are produced or commissioned by GRAPH SOUNDS and cleared for the uses described above. No third-party sample library is redistributed in our products.

7. NO WARRANTY

Products are supplied as they are. GRAPH SOUNDS cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or missed income arising from their use, nor guarantee that a product will suit a particular purpose or run in a specific software environment. System requirements are stated on each product page: check them before buying.

8. DIGITAL DELIVERY AND REFUNDS

All our products are digital, downloadable goods. Nothing is shipped.

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(m)), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun, provided you gave your prior express consent and acknowledged losing that right. You confirm this before completing your purchase. Once a download link has been accessed or a file delivered, the sale is final.

Our Refund Policy sets out the exceptions (corrupted or incomplete files, files that do not match the product description, or billing errors) and is the reference document on this subject.

9. END OF LICENCE

This licence ends automatically if you breach any of its terms. You must then delete every copy of the files. Works you legitimately released before that date remain unaffected.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by French law, in line with our Terms of Service. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.

11. WHO WE ARE

GRAPH SOUNDS is operated by EI Alexis Perrin, sole trader, SIREN 983 944 695. Full legal details are in our Terms of Sale.

Unsure whether your use is covered? Ask us at graphsounds@gmail.com before you release, we answer every message. Requests beyond this licence, such as exclusive rights or redistribution, can be discussed case by case.
