Refund policy

1. Nature of our products

All products sold on GRAPH SOUNDS are digital, downloadable goods (including but not limited to sample packs, presets, templates, and project files). No physical items are shipped.

2. Digital content and the right of withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(m)), consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal on online purchases. However, this right does not apply to digital content not supplied on a physical medium once the download has begun, provided that:

  • you gave your prior express consent for delivery to begin immediately, and
  • you acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

You confirm this consent at checkout before completing your purchase. Once a download link has been accessed or a file has been delivered, the sale is final and non-refundable, except as described below.

3. Exceptions: when we do offer a refund or replacement

We will offer a refund, credit, or replacement if:

  • the file(s) you received are corrupted, incomplete, or do not match the product description, or
  • you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge).

To request this, contact us within 14 days of purchase at graphsounds@gmail.com, with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review and respond within 7 business days.

4. Non-returnable / non-refundable items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances once delivered:

  • Downloadable software, sample packs, presets, templates, and project files
  • Gift cards
  • Any product explicitly marked as a final sale or promotional freebie

5. Sale items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for the exceptions in Section 3. Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale.

6. How refunds are processed (if approved)

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Processing times beyond that are determined by your bank or card provider, not by us.
